How IT Works

Step 1: Let us know your needs

Zen Heights Corporate Housing is a more affordable, comfortable, and convenient alternative to an extended hotel stay. Here’s how the process works:

We’ll need to know some information in order to provide you with the best option

  • Where do you need temporary housing (City, State)?
  • When would you like to move in?
  • How long will you initially be staying in your all-inclusive apartment?
  • Any other information that can help us better serve you would be appreciated

You can submit your request:

We will use the information you provide to find the BEST available choices and send you personalized quotes.

Step 2: We'll help you choose your Location

After submitting your request, you’ll receive an emailed quote and a phone call from Zen Heights Corporate Housing. Let us know which of the options you’d like to book.

Step 3: We'll secure your dates

To secure your reservation you need to complete your reservation forms:

  • Zen Heights Corporate Housing will send you an email with a link to the digital application, credit card authorization, and lease agreement.
  • Complete the application
  • Review the lease agreement
  • Make sure all the information is correct
  • Choose your billing & payment preferences and complete the credit card authorization
  • Digitally sign / execute the entire agreement
  • If you do not have email or internet access, please request a paper application, credit card authorization and lease  agreement.

Pay your reservation fee:

  • Pay a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $650
  • $500 is applied towards your first invoice as a down payment
  • $150 is the Process Fee

Step 4: We'll check you in

As soon as we process your reservation forms, you will receive detailed arrival instructions by email. If needed, Zen Heights Corporate Housing will make special key arrangements for your convenience.

Step 5: We'll make sure you're enjoying your stay

Contact Zen Heights Corporate Housing at any time if there is something we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

Step 6: We'll help check you out

30 Days* prior to your intended departure date (regardless of your lease end date), submit your official Notice to Vacate form. Send this form to us in writing, by email, or through the website. A Zen Heights Corporate Housing representative will sign your notice to confirm receipt, and return a copy for your records along with departure instructions.

Notices-to-Vacate must be submitted (in order to be confirmed) between our office hours M-F from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST; any notices submitted outside of those hours will be confirmed and considered effective the subsequent business day. *Some reservations will require a 60 days notice-to-vacate

Step 7: Check Out

  • Check- out time is 12:00 PM (unless special arrangements have been made in advance)
  • Please remove ALL personal effects and trash from your apartment to avoid additional cleaning charges
  • If you’d like a pre-check-out  walk-through inspection with a quality control specialist to ensure that no additional charges will be incurred, contact Zen Heights Corporate Housing to schedule a date and time
  • Please turn off all the lights, lock the door, and turn your keys into the on-site leasing office.
  • You will receive a final statement within 30 days of your departure.
